We can only accept orders over the internet. Due to the volume of orders and the automated order process we regret we do not have the facility for customers to collect their orders.
Delivery
All orders qualify for free First Class delivery to all UK addresses, using Royal Mail. For larger or more valuable orders we may use a courier or other method that requires a signature upon receipt.
Back Orders
We keep over 20,000 cartridges in stock, if your item is not in stock we will place it on back order for you. Where possible we will part ship orders. If your item is not in stock after 5 working days we will email you to give you the option of waiting for stock or a refund for the outstanding item(s)
Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT at 17.5%. Our VAT registration number is 861 219 237
Guarantee
All of our products come with a one year manufacturer guarantee with the exception of reconditioned/remanufactured product which due to their limited shelf life have a 3 month warranty. Should you have a delivery discrepancy or your goods are damaged on arrival, please advise us within 48 hours of receipt of your order and we will endeavour to rectify the problem quickly. If your goods prove faulty within 30 days of date of purchase, you have the option of a full refund or an exchange. Outside this initial period faulty goods will be exchanged or a credit note given. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy
Should you need to return any items to us please contact us on 01264 326405 or email us with a full description of the problem. We will issue you with a return reference number that will need to be clearly displayed on the returned order. You must obtain from us a returns number as we cannot accept returns without it first being authorised by us via a returns number. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting for all items returned to us, the Royal Mail will issue these free of charge and it will assist with any claims for ‘lost’ parcels.
Please do not return any item without first contacting us, and obtaining a Returns Number. Any item received by us without a Returns number on the outside of the packaging will be refused delivery.
Credit card refunds are processed twice monthly and a copy of each transaction will be sent to you for your records.
Delivery Schedule / Lost Orders
Many orders are received the next working day, but please allow up to 10 clear working days, after this period please contact us if you have not received your order. We obtain proof of posting on all our orders, unfortunately the Royal Mail lose a small number of parcels, and in these situations we have to wait 15 working days before the Royal Mail consider them lost. After this period we are able to claim and we will re-dispatch an order upon settlement from the Royal Mail. You may be required to complete a non delivery form from the royal mail or our courier.
Cancellation
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow for a cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your order. The cooling off period ends after 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise this right then we require you follow the above Returns Policy. Please note that if you exercise this right then it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of these goods. All goods returned to us must be unopened and in resalable condition. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting for all items returned to us and ensure it is insured for the full value.
Privacy Policy
Budget Cartridges Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not hold any credit card details During the order process you will be forwarded to Protx, a recognised credit card clearing specialist using a secure connection. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The customer information we gather is any data collected during the ordering process. Information gathered is for our own internal use only to monitor consumer trends etc and will only be used by Budget Cartridges Ltd. We may from time to time send you details of any current Special offers. If you prefer not to receive these please do not tick the Newsletter box during the ordering process. To opt in or out at any time go into your account and select E-Mail Notifications / subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletter and either tick or untick the newsletter box.
Credit Card Security
We do not hold any credit card details on our server. During the order process you will be forwarded to Protx, a subsidiary of Sage and a recognised credit card clearing specialist, using a secure connection. All your credit card information is held on their server and they assist us with an advanced fraud management system.
Complaints
We are committed to giving excellent customer service and should you have a complaint or be in any way be dis-satisfied then we would like to hear from you. Please let us have as much information as possible including the full order details and either email them to complaints@budgetcartridges.co.uk or post them to Budget Cartridges Limited, Unit 38 Basepoint, Caxton Close, East Portway Industrial Estate, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3FG. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days and always aim for complete customer satisfaction.
